Pattern Makers can use powerful CAD tools to draft patterns from
scratch or modify existing blocks with grading information to create new
patterns faster and accurately. Pattern Engineer makes it easy to create various
types of notches, darts, pleats, seams, drill holes and internal contours. The
changes made to the new patterns are automatically reflected in the entire size
range eliminating the need for recalculating the grade rules. It also gives
excellent control in grading notches using three main attributes: relative,
proportional and absolute values between points. Design Pattern Pieces
according to the prints on the fabric, stripes or plaids by either scanning the
fabric design, or importing the image from sketching, colouring software. The
same images can be transferred to marker making for perfect matching.
Grader enables the user to grade any pattern either with grade
rules on points or global rules on entire piece/style that are previously
stored, or newly defined. Adding and removing the rules from the Rule Library
is made easy. All parts of the pattern, notches, pleats, darts, drill holes,
and any internal contours may be graded. Grader also allows the use of
specification sheets for grading, as well as enables the creation of a variety
of size ranges.
Powerful, automatic and interactive tools enable the user to create fast and
efficient markers, that not only maximize productivity but minimize labor and
fabric costs. Nester /Marker Planner has advanced features which allow fabric
to be displayed on the marker, which is the same as used in Pattern Engineer .
This module has advanced stripes and plaid matching functions.
